These are EASA Part-147 approved Cat B1/B2 Theoretical and Practical type training courses geared for technicians seeking to endorse their Part-66 licenses. These courses cover both the mechanical and avionic subjects to Level III detail as per EASA Part-66. The courses will also come with an FAA Acceptance code valid for 8 hours of inspection authorization renewal training. In addition, a number of other international regulatory authority requirements will be met.
Academy 147 has announced that will add type specific maintenance training on Cessna, Hawker/Beechcraft and Embraer products.
The new programs will cover a multitude of Cessna, Hawker, Beechcraft and Embraer business aircraft and will be introduced in 2020 with the first courses already underway.
