From June 24th to June 28th, Academy 147 hosted a transformative Train the Trainer week, designed to enhance our instructors’ teaching skills and introduce new strategies for student engagement. This event brought together our experienced trainers for an intensive program aimed at refining their instructional techniques and expanding their repertoire of teaching methodologies.
The week-long program was structured to cover various aspects of effective training. It included sessions on mastering technical content, innovative teaching strategies, and practical application. The focus was not only on delivering information but also on making it engaging and memorable for students. Our trainers delved into best practices and new methodologies, ensuring they are equipped to handle diverse learning environments and student needs.
Trainers participated in workshops focused on enhancing their public speaking skills, managing classrooms effectively, and using multimedia tools to create interactive and dynamic lessons. These sessions were designed to make learning more engaging and impactful for students.
