Training Material Developer
Job Overview
We are seeking a Training Material Developer to join our Training Department. The ideal candidate will assist in the creation and maintenance of training materials, including notes, logbooks, examination questions, and supporting paperwork.
Qualifications, Experience and Personal Qualities
Essential:
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Excellent command of the English language and the ability to interpret technical material.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent record-keeping ability.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Eligibility for employment in Malta and the EU.
- Availability to work a full-time job of 40 hours per week, with the option for overtime.
Desirable:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Familiarity with aviation or knowledge of aircraft systems and Part-66/Part-147 regulations.
- A degree in mechanical, electrical, or aeronautical engineering, or a related technical field.

- Develop, edit, and enhance course materials in collaboration with aircraft mechanics, avionic specialists, and graphic designers.
- Create, verify, and manage examination questions in coordination with a team of subject-matter experts.
- Design and edit figures and illustrations.
- Perform other related duties as required by the training department.
